The Naptown Roller Girls are flattered and distressed-flattered because Indy has given our sport so much support; Feb. 9′s bout certainly made that evident. But the smaller size of the Toyota Exposition Hall relative to the Blue Ribbon Pavilion (our normal bout venue) resulted in logistical difficulties beyond which we were prepared. We sincerely apologize for the frustration, inconvenience, and disappointment that
some fans experienced. Although we had no control over the parking situation, we now know that the Expo Hall doesn’t have adequate ticketing, seating, or concessions to support our fans.
