What is your hometown? Farmland, Indiana (no, really, that’s the name of the town)
What position(s) do you play? Jammer, Aspiring Pivot/Blocker
Signature move/trademark: The Juke, the Aerial Jig, the Shake and Bake, the Hunker Down, and my personal favorite the Slick Willie
List of injuries from skating: Fractured tailbone, Contusions that look like I was beaten with a baseball bat, Grade 1 Concussion, Deep tissue bruise on my booty (Still can’t take a spanking on the left cheek), Fishnet Burns, Twisted nipple!

What was your first car?

I called my first car Ferrari Junior but really it was a Pontiac Fiero!

What do you do for a living?
Professional Tree Hugger

What do you like to do outside of derby?
Hang out with my two kiddos, play at the park, skate, watch movies, read, hike, cook/bake, make candles, crochet, listen to music, walk around aimlessly, watch sports on the tube, people watch, window shop…

Were you a troublemaker as a kid?
I was rebellious and sneaky as a kid. I stole cigs from my grandma and snuck beer from the fridge.

As an adult?
I’m on the straight and narrow now. I buy my own.

What / who inspires you?
Food!

What is the meaning behind your derby name?
Blazing – of outstanding power, speed, heat, or intensity
Ace – a person who excels at something

What advice would you give to anyone looking to make it in the real world?

No one is perfect. We all make mistakes. Learn, grow, and know who you are.

What is your favorite inspirational quote?
Don’t worry about a thing, every little thing is gonna be all right. – Bob Marley

What kind of wheels do you skate on?
Sure Grip Power – blue or red
Atom Stinger

Tailbone protector or padded shorts?
I rock the black hexpad shorts!

What advice would you give to someone looking to enter the world of derby?
Derby is more than clever names and cute, sexy outfits. Derby is a tough sport. If you’re serious about it, condition your body to take a beating and condition your mind not to feel the pain.

What would surprise people the most to know about you?
I’ve been run over by a car.
