hike, camp, snowboard, play drums, drink lots of coffee, photography, paint, recycle.
Were you a troublemaker as a kid?
Yes, usually got in trouble with kicka because we were building something we weren’t suppose to. Or creating some crazy sport like trash can bowling.
As an adult?
I am not a trouble maker, working in a small community everyone knows you.
What/ Who inspires you?
well Joan of Dark, I don’t think she sleeps, shes taught me that if there’s something in the world that I want or that I want to do that I can do it!
What is the meaning behind your derby name?
I am ‘itsy’ and when I was younger I use to graffitti and my tag name Gitsi, I liked the name and wanted to take the name with me.
What advice would you give to anyone looking to make it in the real world?
you have to just keep going threw it no matter how hard. It’s life and it’s hard for everyone so buck up and do it!
