We would love to partner with your company and show you the power of roller derby right here in Indianapolis, the “Amateur Sports Capital of the World!”
Official sponsorship status will begin on the date of our first game and will be valid for one full year. In some instances, sponsorship benefits will begin after our first bout but the contract will still be good for one year from the date of our first official bout. One of the benefits of signing up now is that you’ll get maximum exposure from the thousands of derby fans visiting our website and attending our bouts.

The Naptown Roller Girls (NRG) is Indianapolis’ premiere roller derby league. Formed in 2006, NRG is member-owned and operated and is one of the top flat-track derby leagues in the world! The Naptown Roller Girls are dedicated to the continued growth of the sport in Central Indiana and beyond, as well as elevating themselves to the elite when it comes to amateur athletic teams.
The league has grown dramatically since its inception. In addition to the internationally-ranked Tornado Sirens, NRG has competed all over the country with two additional teams: the Naptown Warning Belles and the Naptown Third Alarm. There is an amazing and generous community of sponsors, supporters, fans, friends and family that are playing a significant role in NRG’s ability to thrive.
Not only are we athletes, but we are involved in the community year-round. NRG has worked with charities and groups such as: the Damien Center, Great Indy Cleanup, Girls Inc., Gleaners Food Bank, Indiana Youth Group, Young Survival Coalition, and dozens of other organizations. We have also participated in events that raised funds or awareness for MADD, Wheeler Mission, Riley Hospital, American Heart Association, Arthritis Foundation, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, Coburn Place Safe Haven, the United Way and many more.
Roller Derby remains the “fastest growing amateur sport in the world.” The state of Indiana alone is home to more than a dozen leagues!
The Naptown Roller Girls are regularly featured on television and radio, in print, and on various web-based news sources. In past years, NRG was voted “Best Local Amateur Sporting Team” by NUVO Newsweekly. NRG has also been featured in The Indianapolis Star, Indianapolis Monthly magazine, DoItIndy.com, WFYI, WIBC, WZPL, WTTS, 1070 The Fan, Inside Indiana Business, Indy South magazine, WTTS, and even NBC National News! NRG’s home bouts are also broadcast live on Derby News Network.com (DNN) and rebroadcast locally on HTSN (Channel 6.2).
The Naptown Roller Girls strive to be the best roller derby team in the nation – to put on the highest level of competition for local fans and to partner with local community organizations and businesses to make a difference. We have already set records locally and nationally with our dedicated fan base and generous sponsorships. We know that our success as a team is measured on the track as well as off and we are eager to make this season the best year ever! While the Pepsi Coliseum undergoes its current renovation, we look forward to packing the Marsh Blue Ribbon Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and the Indiana Convention Center for our upcoming season!
We have fans at the global level! Here is a map of our ticket buyers – we have fans from as far away as Mexico City!
