Not going to RollerCon? Don’t miss out on this opportunity to add to your roller derby toolbox with a dynamic workshop that covers jammer skills, blocker skills, strength and plyometrics, off-skates strategy and ref/NSO training. This fun-filled day will conclude with a scrimmage!
Cherry-oto-Fire & Maiden America — who serve on Naptown’s Training Committee and co-captain the Tornado Sirens — will lead this event. You’ll be learning from some of the best players in the Midwest! If you want to up your roller derby game, don’t miss this opportunity.
It’s also Maiden’s 30th birthday, so come celebrate with her!
This workshop has a limited number of spots for skaters holding WFTDA/USARs insurance that belong to a women’s or men’s roller derby league.

Who: Skaters from any women’s league that have valid WFTDA/USARS insurance and have passed WFTDA minimums
What: A workshop including jammer skills, blocker skills, strength and plyometrics, off-skates strategy and ref/NSO training
When: Saturday, July 30th from 9:30-4 P.M.
Where: Naptown’s private practice facility in Indy
Why: We wanted to provide a solid day of training for skaters who are unable to make it to RollerCon.
Cost: $40 on skates/participating, $30 off skates/observing
